Why We Need You

As a Product Manager, you will work across the business to understand customer needs & problems, build creative & thoughtful solutions, & drive the success of PagerDuty's automation offering. You will find ways to make our customers more successful in their on-call, incident response, & digital operations needs. Through customer discovery, understanding user pain points, designing innovative solutions, & iterating on them, you will create compelling product experiences for our customers. Along the way, you'll work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, & others to build, deliver, & launch new capabilities, & then drive adoption in the field.
