Job Summary

The Contract & Administration Specialist is responsible for day-day administration in support of the onboarding process at CommerceHub.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with setting up supplier contracts
  • Assisting with setting up supplier pricing terms
  • Handling incoming calls from customers, initiate & answer calls explaining our services
  • Providing updates to internal database systems
  • Initiating communications with internal teams & customer base
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure contract maintenance

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer support & data entry
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to communicate equally well
  • Strong customer management skills with attention to detail & customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving & organizational skills
  • Experience working in a highly dynamic atmosphere, capable of multi-tasking, & able to work within challenging time frames
  • In-depth knowledge of PC & web applications with experience in MS Office applications
