Litify is looking for a Director of Professional Services to join our Customer Success team.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery to Litify customers, which includes post-sale implementation, conversion, customization & training. Youll work closely with our sales team & our leadership team, building process improvements using industry best practices creating a best in class services organization.
- Manage all aspects of services delivery to our customers, including but not limited to implementation,, customization, training, & more
- Develop, coordinate & manage implementation services projections, schedules & budget to meet customers expectations
- Manage Customer Success team & be responsible for services delivery
- Determine best practices for services delivery & present to executive management outlining benefits & implementation plan
- Develop customer relationships & act as an escalation point for ongoing services projects
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with Salesforce & demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce
- Experience managing professional services teams
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements & proposing pros & cons to different solutions
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Ability to persuasively articulate Professional Services offerings & business value to customers
- Demonstrated strong customer service attitude
