We're looking for an experienced & high-energy leader whose primary function will be accelerating growth within the SMB sales segment. The SMB Sales Director will be accountable for growing our business (revenue & logos), hiring, training & developing our people, & creating a prospecting & pipeline generation engine to deliver repeated & consistent growth. Ultimately this leader will be responsible for all components of leading the SMB function including strategy, development, & execution.
The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive, well organized & able to demonstrate the ability to sell & mentor junior talent. They will define & execute appropriate sales strategies, business development, marketing, sales enablement, product feedback & sales support programs to maximize sales & profitability.
