Hi, we're Oscar. Were hiring an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our IAM engineering team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform & a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselvesone that behaves like a doctor in the family.
Taking care of our members includes securing their data. The mission of the Security team is to protect the data our customers have entrusted to us, & make it possible for Oscar management to make informed, risk-calibrated decisions.
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) is one of the most critical components of Oscars IAM program. We are building out our IGA team to design & deploy highly scalable solutions & processes to better govern identities & access. We're looking for someone to help us achieve that mission & serve as a key contributor to the IGA Team & its partner teams.
In this role, you will directly contribute to the technical implementation of IGA solutions & functionalities to help Oscar achieve security & compliance requirements.
You will report into the Director of Identity & Access Management. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York City office & part of the time work-from-home/remote. #LI-Hybrid
