The RAPP team in Chicago is an integral part of Team DDB, a multi-agency organization created by Omnicom to develop & deliver state-of-the-art marketing solutions geared towards recruiting best-in-class candidates for the US Army. We are building a modernized platform to target, attract, manage & nurture prospects interested in joining the US Army via state-of-the-art customer experiences, as well as bolster the strength of the mission critical organization protecting our borders. YOUR ROLE:
As a UX Designer at RAPP you will be responsible for translating our clients strategic objectives into experiences & blueprints for our creative & development teams to execute against. These experiences crafted by you are crucial for meeting our client & agency objectives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with client & other RAPP teams to identify areas of opportunity for the business.
- Audit what exists & what competitors & industry-adjacent companies are doing.
- Collaborate with teams to understand friction & feasibility.
- Present discovery findings to internal & external teams.
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, & creatives to create the best solution possible.
- Present UX recommendations to internal & external teams.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years as a UX Design practitioner.
- Portfolio examples of problems youve faced & how you solved them.
- The ability to walk your team through your findings & recommendations.
- The ability to deliver UX artifacts in the discovery, ideation & validation phases.
- A team player with good attention to detail.
- Experience with Figma, Lucid, Axure, etc.
- S. Military Veterans greatly welcomed.
