Peloton Studios New York operates 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content & world class boutique fitness offerings to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving department that constantly focuses on evolving our innovative programming & enhancing the luxury experience for our in-studio members. We are looking for an experienced professional for an exciting member-facing position that requires polish, poise, attention to detail & a passion for delivering amazing customer service.   • Act as a role model & brand ambassador for Peloton
  • Demonstrate honesty & integrity & lead by example to influence & inspire others
  • Lead the member experience teams including: Cafe, Guest Services, Concierge, Events, & Workplace.. 
  • Set overall strategy, critical metrics, standards, & processes to meet member needs.
  • Create structure & process in a new facility with a brand new team.  Responsible for creating procedures to open a new studio, hire, build & train a new team, assist the construction team pre-opening in related work, set a standard of cleanliness & service.
  • Partner with Concierge Manager & Group Booking Coordinator to continue to build out & enhance our group booking process & protocols to keep our members excited & engaged, including enhancing our package offerings.
  • Partner with the VP of Member Experience to define the food & beverage offerings, P/L & operational procedures.
  • Act as a cross functional liaison to partner teams within Peloton.
  • Manage studio reservation & POS systems.
  • Define Metrics to determine success, trigger areas of opportunity & hold the team accountable
  • Oversee & top approver of all Peloton Studio inquiries & develop offerings with Group Booking Coordinator & Concierge Manager.
  • Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations including recruiting, hiring, training, staff management; upholding & seeing that all operating policies, including service & safety standards are followed by all team members
  • Collaborate with outside departments for internal events, marketing shoots & press related events.
  • Be responsible for all Peloton Studio in-house events with Concierge Manager & Guest Services manager & develop & implement comprehensive In-Studio Member focus strategy to enhance overall experience.
    • Stakeholder for Pelotons Homecoming representing the Studio
  • Partner with Retail team for events - liaison for Peloton Studios. Work with Front of House Team, Back of House team & Retail Manager to execute accordingly.
  • Partner with Director of Studio Ops & Facilities to create the ultimate experience for our members & the best place to work for our team.
  • Works closely with People Team to ensure all employee relations, company policies, London laws, learning & development are being addressed appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Community team, Production & Studio Operations on areas for improvement. Implement plan & action items through feedback from Members
  • Report data & analyze studio attendees to execute retention & engagement
  • Report on studio profit & loss & fill rate percentage across all fitness subject areas.
  • Work to improve & enhance the reservation & booking system with web dev team & acquisition team
  • Define In-Studio Member Experience metrics, goals & create a (tool, dashboard, KPI) to measure progress & report on indicators on how to improve in the future.


  • Minimum of 5-8 years in Events/Hospitality Management related field
  • Food & Beverage experience preferred
  • Possesses outstanding interpersonal & team skills with a track record of developing positive working relationships.
  • Uncompromisingly high standards when it comes to detail & accuracy
  • Ability to excel & motivate staff in a constantly evolving, diverse environment
  • Able to recognize areas needing improvement, make changes & resolve issues using good judgment
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills, including ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from colleagues & customers
  • Proficient in Google Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Self-Starter & ability to work independently 
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, Zingfit & CMS is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt to changes & take on challenges!
