Your role in our mission

Were on a mission to build intuitive, personal help & anticipatory technology into one of the most important spaces in our lives: the home. As a startup at the intersection of four multi-billion dollar industries real estate, technology, service & commerce Hello Alfred is a new kind of company, one thats trusted to serve consumers past their front door.

Cultivating trust with consumers, with our real estate partners, with our service & brand partners, & between our markets is essential to our success, & our voice & messaging play a critical part in that. Our Senior Copywriter will have a strong command of language, exceptional attention to detail, & be self-motivated, efficient, & collaborative across all content formats & channels. They will write the tone of voice for our new brand as we relaunch this summer.

How you'll help us be successful

  • Use language to drive clarity surrounding our product ecosystem & and values, simplify, simplify, simplify
  • Create a clear tone of voice for our new brand
  • Build trust with consumers & in the marketplace through polished, human-centric messaging
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to assist with partner-facing marketing materials, strategic communications, & brand outputs
  • Serve as an internal steward of our brand voice & maintain accountability for copy company-wide

Who you are

  • 6+ years experience writing copy for B2C brands; startup and/or publishing experience highly preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to develop messaging that drives measurable results
  • Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates ability to work across & optimize for multiple channels
  • Willingness to take on projects big & small, upholding a uniformly high bar for quality across the board
