The primary responsibilities of the Training Content Manager will be to ensure that PagerDuty is delivering our training products to our customers. Whether that means setting up their ability to enroll in instructor-led courses, or on-demand training you will be the go to person for all things related to our customer education system.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of the next big certification in the SaaS market. We will offer both paid, & unpaid courses to the public & you will be at the forefront of bringing users a simple, yet unique solution. Your day-to-day may include building out new functionality on the system, working with our customers to ensure they can access the training & certifications that they purchased, or improving how we offer training to our clients.
