About The Role:
At WePay, our goal is to create a data-driven culture & to enable fact-based decision making. Business Analytics is tasked with helping the company achieve this vision by providing data & driving the adoption of analytics insights in everything we do. We are looking for a Data Scientist to join us on this journey & help take our analytics capability to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key metrics & conducting in-depth analyses to guide business & inform strategy decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management & Risk to help upsell & cross-sell WePay products & to help improve our partners & merchants' experience. The right individual will know how to frame a business issue & design the right analysis to find the answers, fluent in using SQL, python & other big data techniques, & adept at developing insights & building narratives to support key initiatives. *Please use a personal email such as gmail, yahoo, etc when applying to the role.
