Our Customer Support Associate will be the key support to our customers & warehouse team as we expand into more cities. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make direct connections with our users, solve problems, & ensure our customers have an overall exceptional experience. The right candidate will put customer experience first & maintain high customer satisfaction through efficient responses & owning the entire process from app browsing to order delivery. This is a very unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup & have the ability to make a huge impact by joining our customer support team. 

What You'll Do: 
Handle customer support tickets 
Cross-functional communication with warehouse & support team 
Dispatch & monitor orders 
Support the customer's experience 
Assist our 'Darkstore' with any order, fulfillment, & dispatch issues 
Monitor all CS dashboards 
Develop & improve CS processes 
Work cross-functionally & communicate with other teams that are stakeholders for any promotions, events, & merchandise 
Work out of the San Francisco Darkstore, fulfilling orders that may come in

Must Haves: 
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service support with firsthand experience putting the customer first while utilizing logic to follow company guidelines. 
Advanced verbal & written communication 
Proven track record with customers in stressful situations 
Customer-driven interactions, to intelligently solve issues with the resources given
Detail Oriented, focus on process improvement 
Eager self-starter 
Please Note:
**** This person must be willing to work outside of normal business hours. The primary need/opportunity for this role is to accommodate weekends, early mornings, & late nights if needed. The right candidate must have a flexible schedule. **** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
