The Customer Success Manager is the Kiddom team's backbone. You will be the driving force in helping teachers maximize their experience on Kiddom. In this role, you will work directly with teachers, schools, & internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, & ongoing satisfaction & success with the product. You will report directly to the Success Leader.
