About the Internship
This role will have the unique opportunity to influence, analyze & support the creation of a new market-based compensation architecture & salary parity analysis process. The ability to organize data, interpret & apply relevant market data & make data-informed recommendations are core to success in this role. This role will require you to work independently in a remote capacity while interacting with department leaders, the Head of Total Rewards, People team members & the Chief People Officer.
