You have experience collaborating with business leaders cross-functionally on a variety of people-related matters & challenges. Your Day

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues both within & outside of HR, giving you exposure to many different styles, experiences & philosophies for providing support to employees around the globe. You will act as the HR Business Partner for our Cloud Foundry R&D Organization. You will consult & partner with management on topics such as people development, change management, proper performance management, compensation assessments, coaching & training. This roles contributions will fundamentally impact the development of Pivotals mission executed through effective HR programs & processes.

Required Skills / Experiences

  • Empathy, emotional intelligence & a passion for people
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business teams
  • Experience supporting/managing HR programs
  • Broad knowledge of HR concepts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills both verbal & written
  • Project management skills

  • Experience in change management strategies & tactics
  • Facilitation & resolution skills to foster effective decision making

Total Rewards Package

Pay Range: $72,250 - $97,750 CAD
