As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how data is created, governed, flowing, transformed, & surfaced in the big picture of a project. Of the five sub-disciplines of Marketing Science, youve got a basic understanding of least twotracking & measurement, data visualization, testing & evaluation, data integration, or statistical modelingbut you understand how others fit into a project. And youre looking to hone your craft in the areas youre unfamiliar with too in a fast-paced agency environment. You have experience using analytics to recommend solutions to improve team efficiency of operations, enjoy collaborating with others, & are capable of directly communicating how data flows to exciting clients through logical, easy to understand stories. 

You will:

  • Maintain a well-organized approach to a variety of project work.
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Communicate properly between the Marketing Science team & other disciplines.
  • Approach analysis process logically to demonstrate how data lead to conclusions.
  • Drive collaboration within teams to provide support, share skills, & gain insight.
  • Be a main executor in daily tasks, analysis & data engineering. 
  • Support overall processes & vision execution for a holistic data driven approach.

You have: 

  • 2+ years of marketing agency experience.
  • A post-secondary education in computer science, data science, marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with one or more data visualization platforms (e.g.: Tableau, Looker, etc.). 
  • A strong desire & interest for working with data from storage, pipelines to operations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL & Python languages is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of current issues & trends within the online marketing industry with an emphasis on emerging web & marketing technology (MarTech) platforms.
  • Hands on reporting or analytics experience with at least 2 media platforms, understanding media data & ingestion (e.g.: Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Search Ads 360, etc.). 
  • An understanding of the omni channel media landscape, as well as media planning & the role of each channel. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & overall Microsoft Office skills, with strong verbal & written communication skills, & demonstrated experience presenting to internal or external stakeholders.
