Role Description: 

As the leader of our marketing organization & a member of the executive team, you will be responsible for building & owning marketing at RippleMatch. You will build our ABM strategy, own the top of the funnel number for RippleMatch, & orchestrate our marketing efforts across prospective & existing customers. You will grow & lead a happy & productive team & foster a results-oriented marketing culture. You will own RippleMatch's long term brand, balancing short term opportunity with long term vision.

  • Who we are looking for:
    • Owned & exceeded a top of funnel number in a demand gen leadership role of >$10M ARR / year
    • Deep experience working with B2B sales teams with min ACV 40k+
    • Experience with implementing Account-Based Marketing
    • People first mentality; excellent people management skills
    • Strong work ethic & high productivity
    • Strong cross-functional communication skills
    • Post-vaccine, full time work from NYC headquarters
  • Nice to have:
    • Early stage B2B SaaS experience
    • Previously had the BDR organization reporting up
    • Experience with working with B2B customer success teams
