Ginkgo recently raised $1.6B & a major use of proceeds is a much more proactive Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy. The Corporate Development team at Ginkgo is a small, fast-paced, high-performing group responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating & executing M&A transactions & investments. This team is central to Ginkgo's continued growth. We work closely with senior leadership to guide company strategy & lead all aspects of identifying, evaluating, & executing transactions that have a significant impact on the overall direction of the company.

As a core member of this team, you will help identify & lead transformative acquisitions & investments that accelerate or increase the likelihood of Ginkgo achieving its strategic objectives. You will report to the VP, Corporate Development. Additionally, you'll work with cross-functional leaders to help establish strategic plans, buy vs. build analyses, & define sourcing priorities across a diverse set of M&A focus areas, as well as develop prioritized target lists, & cultivate strong relationships in those spaces.
