Based in our Global HQ in NYC, reporting to the Chief HR Officer, & partnering closely with our Senior Leadership & HR Leadership, this role has a global focus with the opportunity to have a huge impact in a fast growing technology company. The role:

  • Develop, execute, & manage a people experience strategy that is robust & sustainable as our company scales
  • Cultivate & promote a workplace grounded in our values & behaviors, by building programs & crafting experiences that will make employees feel valued 
  • Serve as one of the key ambassadors of our culture  & lead the charge on strengthening & embedding our values across the employee lifecycle
  • In partnership with Total Rewards, develop recognition programs & create a strategy to drive the right behaviors, celebrate our best & our brightest, & enhance engagement
  • Lead the companys engagement survey, activate participation, proactively analyze data & trends, & develop & share the story to drive action
  • Facilitate the ongoing action planning process; monitor & track all action plans & report progress to success metrics
  • Evolve, refine, & own DVs Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion strategy in partnership with the DEI Council & Senior Leadership.
  • Help us truly embed & live our values across our global network.
  • Manage employee experience in our physical office spaces.
  • Focus on employee engagement through key drivers, metrics, & action planning involved a wide group of global stakeholders.
  • Identify the metrics & processes that will help us measure progress & accountability related to DEI & engagement.
  • Expand the breadth & impact of our DEI initiatives & programming globally.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, & Business leaders to build an employer brand that resonates with diverse candidates & is customized to local contexts.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to define & launch DEI-focused learning experiences throughout the organization
  • Partner with executives/leadership & People Partners to design & report on function-specific engagement & DEI action plans based on quantitative & qualitative data
  • Partner with our DEI Council & employee resource groups to ensure we are amplifying & advocating for underrepresented voices

 

Minimum skills & experience:

  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience successfully building & leading culture, inclusion, & employee experience strategy & translating it into impactful initiatives & outcomes (global scope preferred). 
  • Demonstrated success in using data/insights to develop & evolve strategies & programs
  • Ability to influence & drive action at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience reimagining & enhancing employee experience in light of modern trends & socio-cultural forces.
  • Strong understanding of industry benchmarks, leading practices & innovations in DEI, as well as the strengths & drawbacks of what has been tried to date
  • Success in coaching organizational leaders at the executive level.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience 

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.


The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $188,000 to $275,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits.
