  Job Description

Pluralsight is seeking a candidate to work proactively to accelerate deal closure. The purpose of this role is to ensure that deals adhere to corporate strategies & remain compliant while partnering with sales to create a positive impact. This role will work closely with Sales Operations & Contracts to streamline consistent deal structure.

What you'll own:

  • Review & document non-standard sales deals.
  • Improve processes to create business visibility, speed & consistency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal-related matters including proposals of alternative options and/or value proposition to drive deal structures.
  • Monitor the workflow of sales deals to ensure timely approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding systemic processes & limitations to partner with sales on deal rollout.

Experience you'll need:

  • Has had experience working with & related systems.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in sales operations, contracts, finance, strategy or related field required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate binding contracts.
  • Ability to have challenging level-headed conversations.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills.
