Peloton is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading lifecycle go-to-market strategies to drive growth & engagement for the Peloton App. This role will lead the strategy & execution of product & lifecycle marketing campaigns to our App audiences, with a focus on driving upgrades to our Connected Fitness portfolio.

Were looking for someone with a proven track record of driving key business metrics through tactics deployed across owned marketing channels, like email, push, in-app, & SMS. Experience with other marketing channels outside of owned is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic, & analytical problem solver who is a great teammate (no job is too small or too large), works well within ambiguity, can clearly communicate a vision & uses data to drive marketing-led growth. 


  • Oversee the strategy, execution, & optimization of marketing campaigns for App audiences with a focus on lower funnel activities, like engagement & upsell
  • Develop & lead the Connected Fitness promotional strategy for App, determining how promotions & key seasonal campaigns should intersect to drive performance 
  • Leverage data & research to develop insights that influence pricing / promotional strategies, product development, & marketing campaign activations
  • Be a champion of our App Members, ensuring they are receiving the most relevant & contextual communications based on their behavior, tenure, & other insights 
  • Execute & analyze A/B test plans to improve engagement performance & conversion rates
  • Continuously test, learn & iterate on our App Lifecycle strategy & identify the best performing content & messages across audiences & stages
  • Closely collaborate with Product Marketers across different product areas & geographies on Peloton-wide initiatives & campaigns


  • 5+ years of experience in a related role; 2+ in lifecycle, product, or full-stack marketing roles
  • 3+ years experience using marketing automation tools like Braze, Iterable, or SalesForce 
  • Demonstrated experience planning & executing programs driving cross-sell & upsell
  • Experience driving & carrying out global projects with many collaborators
  • Proven data-first approach to building products & solving business needs
  • Experience in marketing in an innovative, fast-paced & customer-centric environment
  • Forward thinking, organized, & meticulous
  • Strong empathy for customers
