About the Role

Were looking for an Sr Offline Performance Manager to join our team & manage key channels in our acquisition mix, including TV (linear & streaming), Podcasts, & Radio, focused on our portfolio of Personal Care brands. You will own the strategy, creative development, execution, & optimization of marketing channels goaled on driving profitable new customer acquisition. This role spans across Harrys & Flamingo, & will lead offline marketing for both brands. In this role, you will report to the Head of Growth & work alongside a highly-motivated, collaborative growth team, including performance marketing & creative development.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all aspects of new customer acquisition driven through Podcast, Radio, & TV
  • Design & execute tests to prove out & scale new sources of customer acquisition beyond our current channel mix
  • Consistently hit new customer growth, CPA, ROAS, & LTV targets. 
  • Collaborate with the creative team, web team, & external partners to develop effective ads, landing pages, & site experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement by turning insights into testable hypotheses, running experiments, mining data for optimization opportunities, & negotiating for attractive media rates & deals.
  • Manage & get maximum leverage out of relationships with external partners, ensuring media buys are hitting KPIs
  • Compile industry research, competitive intel, information about new tools & opportunities, & produce recommendations for how to take advantage of these things.

This might describe you:

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably at a high-growth DTC brand.
  • Experience owning all aspects of at least 1 of the following channels: Podcast, Radio, Direct Mail, Package Inserts, Influencers, Streaming Audio, TV; multiple and/or digital is a plus.
  • Experience delivering against strict CPA, ROAS, LTV, & ROI targets.
  • Familiarity with marketing efficiency metrics & measurement methodologies (i.e., last-click, pixel/tag-based, modeled, post-checkout survey results).
  • A performance marketer at heart; hungry to drive results with a rigorous test-and-learn mindset.
  • Enterprising doer, with an ownership mentality & a bias towards action, constantly hustling & taking initiative to drive improvements yourself.
  • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to mine data for opportunities & actionable insights that are not readily apparent.
  • Structured thinker & communicator; ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations with supporting rationale.
  • Humble & zero ego team player.
  • Sense of humor -- we take our work seriously & ourselves un-seriously.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size & industry, & are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits & our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $142,400-$195,800, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidates location, skill level & experience.
