FanDuel Group is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic & critical thinker to join our Procurement team.

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that the operational Procurement process runs smoothly & effectively & responds to queries from business units. 


Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Working at pace, take responsibility for the prioritization & delivery of commercial & contractual negotiations against agreed targets within the Corporate & Marketing areas
  • Take ownership of the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier relationship management, ensuring that risk flows down the supply chain
  • Drive cost reduction efforts through process improvements, contractual efficiencies & elimination of inefficient spending
  • Assist on strategy development for category management & supplier development
  • Establish, build & leverage relationships with existing & potential suppliers/partners to ensure FanDuel Group are at the forefront of innovative developments within the Corporate & Marketing categories
  • Working with new & potential suppliers/partners to safeguard capacity, quality, cost, minimize risk & assure continuity of supply & services in the long term
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders, manage the end-to end delivery of supplier & vendor contracts in accordance with agreed roadmaps to meet the business needs
  • Responsible for highlighting contractual risk & supply resilience issues to Executive level stakeholders for consideration & change
  • Continually challenge operational requirements & supplier spend, identifying & critiquing cost throughout the supply base
  • Ensure, where appropriate, that regular review meetings with partners/suppliers are held at prescribed intervals including other stakeholder groups where necessary
  • Production of management information that considers achievements & challenges encountered/overcome
  • Build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders & act as a functional bridge between external vendors & internal stakeholders (including senior management)
  • As a member of the Procurement department, be a key contributor to lessons learned, knowledge share & process development across FanDuel Group Procurement 


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 4 years of experience of working in a Procurement Sourcing function
  • Knowledge of Corporate & Marketing sourcing & management
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously & drive to completion effectively
  • Solid & demonstrable Vendor Management and/or Procurement capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to over achieve targets & drive projects to a close within sometimes aggressive timelines
  • Full understanding of RFI/RFP & all tender processes
  • Ability to engage & influence at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision but engage effectively with a wider team
  • Good knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, particularly about enforcing those SLAs & KPIs
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills based on a data driven approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication, planning & time management skills & Proactive nature. Ability to deliver key messages through presentation, communication & written methods
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, & perform as part of a team to meet team objectives
  • Highly motivated & enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Excellent Excel & Power Point skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, logical & strategic thinker
