Job Description

The Core Clearing & Settlement (CCS) Product Manager will be a key member of the new Global Real-Time Payments team responsible for product management & the development of the Visa core RTP platform, which delivers the infrastructure for emerging account-to-account instant payments network platforms & facilitates provision of value-add services.

This role will be responsible for leading the definition, build & delivery of the Visa RTP platform's next-gen CCS capability.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to:

Own the definition & delivery of the Visa CCS product, which sits within the Visa RTP platform estate

o Identify the desired product outcomes (based on platform strategy) & work with internal partners to identify & detail the technical solution.

o Be hands-on - work closely with technology teams to ensure the solution meets the the original intention

o Oversee Product Analysts & Product Owners to ensure the creation of high quality requirements & solutions.

Be the voice of the customer (and the end users) when we are shaping the roadmap & defining solutions. Ensure that CCS is represented strongly within the overall platform.

Support other Product Managers in the ideation, development & execution of the product roadmap; make recommendations for enhancements, be part of the conversation

Work closely with in-house, third-party & partners' teams to achieve the best outcome for Visa RTP


Substantial experience in account-to-account payments in key areas such as operations, product management or technical sales support

Business acumen with minimum BA/BS required.

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Ability to work on projects across teams & ensure project deadlines are met

Strong team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate & work effectively across functional areas to build consensus & achieve goals.

A high, self-defined standard of excellence & drive for continual improvement

An affinity for payments technology & its future. Deep curiosity about what is happening, & what is happening next in the industry

Ability to interpret data & translate findings into strategic insights & actionable recommendations

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
