The Customer Success & Service Team works to ensure that customers love & can count on us & our products. We are held accountable to ensure customers are successful, & their experience with Carbon is positive. As an integral part of this team, Field Service Engineers (FSEs) are responsible for meeting the daily service, installation, maintenance & repair needs of Carbon's products, ensuring equipment uptime is maximized. FSEs will need to be self-sufficient, detail-oriented & able to communicate findings to various teams throughout the organization.
Field Service Engineers will be expected to follow support processes & procedures, document thoroughly, escalate appropriately, & respond quickly to support customers across a broad spectrum of industries. Carbon is a dynamic work environment, & Field Service Engineers will need to be flexible & adapt to a dynamic business with changing needs & priorities.
Role will be based in the Chicago, IL metropolitan area & will require significant travel & working away from home.
