Teads is looking for a Sales Director to join our Enterprise Solutions team in NYC to promote the sale of Teads Ad Manager within brands & agency media teams. 

===== Key Responsibilities =====

  • Be the Commercial lead for Teads Ad Manager (TAM) & rolling out new self serve products
  • Build a strategic plan to achieve goals & proactively seek out new customers to activate on the Teads Ad Manager platform
  • Collaborate with general sales team to unlock new business at Brand Directs, Agency Holding Companies and Independent agencies
  • Work with MD & Head of Sales to ensure best team practices are under took & strategy is aligned internally
  • Develop a deep product understanding of products offerings in TAM 
  • Communicate the value of the TAM by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
  • Post sale, work cross functionally with Teads account management & sales team to guide successful customer platform on-boarding & platform growth
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers at current & prospective clients
  • Work with agency traders to understand platform usage & obtain product feedback
  • Work with the product team to help share customer insights to shape our platform
  • Commercialize new products as they are rolled out on Teads Ad Manager

===== Experience / Background =====

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year university; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • Extensive experience selling advertising software where the sales cycle can be long & complex with many stakeholders to influence
  • Strong programmatic experience
  • Extensive experience working with customers on software onboarding
  • History of longstanding, consultative client relationships
  • Strong background working with Agency Holding Companies, Brands, & Independent agencies
  • Collaborate well across multiple teams
  • Strong quantitative skills & negotiations ability
  • Self-starter & quick learner
  • Able to travel
