Hi, we're Oscar. Were hiring a Provider Relations Account Expert to join our Provider Operations  team.

About the role:

As an Account Expert your main role is to support provider groups in your assigned market aligned with P&L. Acting as a single point of contact for their assigned regions, Account Experts will be focused on driving seamless issue resolution & will have strong rapport with the groups they support. In this role you will handle inbound, outbound, & email communication on a daily basis with key provider points of contact. Account Experts will work cross functionally with P&L & report out on a weekly cadence for issue trends, process improvement, & regional reporting.

You will report into the Provider Relations Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound & email communications for key provider points of contact for their assigned region.
  • Daily Cross collaboration with P&L Account Managers in order to build strong relationships 
  • Manage escalations related to your assigned region on trending issues in order to meet required SLAs 
  • Gather qualitative & quantitative feedback for any network gaps & drive improvements to meet member needs 
  • Report out on key performance indicators for assigned region 
  • Audit & update workflows relating to scope of work 
  • Constant communication with Provider Relations (PR) Specialists & PR Representatives educating on provider updates & issues on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with Account Managers & Associates for top network partners, speaking to & owning trending issues directly with provider partners
  • Consistent meetings with mid-tier provider groups building rapport & clear escalation paths for seamless issue resolution 
  • Ability to identify trending issues & able to own necessary next steps to drive improvement 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of  prior account management experience or Bachelors Degree Required
  • Advanced computer literacy skills with experience using CRM & knowledge management tools to resolve client issues
  • Experience using database tools such as jira, periscope, tableau, excel
  • Experience handling complex client escalations & working cross functionally to resolve in a timely manner

Bonus points:

  • Healthcare experience & license are preferred.
  • Previous B2B client relations experience is preferred
  • Experience in using various platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, & G Suite
