Vimeos People Operations team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Administrator to manage our Human Resource applications & related processes. This role manages the daily operations of our HR systems & collaborates with the cross-functional partners on optimizations, enhancements, & integrations that drive efficiency & scalability for our global workforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment that enables continuous improvement & innovation.
Reporting to the Sr Director, People Operations & Enablement, the Sr. Business Systems Administrator, plays a key part in developing & building the foundation for Vimeos global people operations.
What youll do:
- Supports the design, development, & performance of the HR portfolio of Systems
- Leads and/or participates in design discussions to define user requirements;
- Translates requirements to solutions that account for cross-functional interdependencies
- Analyze, test & manage the deployment of scheduled & ad hoc configuration changes
- Analyzes data flow, processes, & configurations to recommend enhancements that will increase quality & efficiency
- Assists in technical elements of core HR programs (Compensation, Open Enrollment, Performance, etc)
- Recommends, builds, & maintains secure integrations with internal enterprise applications & with external vendors
- Maintains & audits role & user security permissions
- Provides support for admin & end users of systems
- Documents & maintains system workflows & processes
- Builds custom reporting & dashboards
Skills & knowledge you should possess:
- 5+ years of experience supporting HR applications & processes
- Understanding of HR terminology & business practices
- Proficiency with UKG PRO (system configuration, Back office, IBM Cognos Analytics)
- Experience with RESTful and/or SOAP API, XML, SQL, relational databases & querying
- Ability to work with & influence multi-level & diverse teams, effectively supporting global adoption & utilization
- Demonstrated problem solving & solutioning in a fast-paced environment
- High level of confidentiality & ability to work with sensitive data
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral & written communication skills
Targeted Base Salary Range: $83,000 to $132,500
The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
