As a Program Director, you'll be responsible for supporting some of our largest customers in the
deployment & ongoing engagement of their employees on the Firstup platform. The goal of your
role would be focused on being the advocate & project manager for this complex SaaS deployment
to hundreds of thousands of employees across the globe. Initially the role will be a senior member of
customer success organization working as an individual contributor; however, the role may expand
through the continued strategic growth of Firstup to also operate as a manager of program managers.

Your role will be focused on eliminating friction in every stage of the project deployment & employee
engagement funnel through the Firstup product & platform deployment, enhancements in the digital
employee experience team & strategy, as well as supporting & driving the project across teams
within Firstup for the customers.

Your primary focus will be to own the scheduling, scoping & execution of product requests,
integrations, & enhancements for the customers teams, working directly with the Customer
Experience team, Engineering Developers, the Product Managers, Marketing Managers, & the Dev
Managers in order to ensure timely delivery against the customer requests & product roadmap.
You'll work closely across functional teams (CX, Sales, BD, Product) to collaborate & ensure
dependencies are well known, critical issues are identified & driven to resolution.
