HYPR is looking for a seasoned B2B Demand Gen Marketing specialist with experience building & quantifying lead generation across the F500 / G2000 landscape for enterprise tech.

This coveted role is at HYPRs world headquarters located in New York City. Relocation assistance for the right candidate will be provided.

Your experience will cover both strategy & execution to drive lead acquisition & demand. As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads for our sales team & working closely with content & lifecycle marketing to coordinate programs, content, & track performance.

A successful candidate will be results-driven, sales-focused, & have the ability to test new demand generation tactics while creating a program that scales efficiently. This high-impact role will work across functions and, interact with clients, vendors, & senior leaders, & will report directly to the CEO.

Domain Knowledge & Marketing Experience:

Success marketing a product that is sold to enterprises & used by significant volumes of users (be they internal employees, or external consumers deployed through the enterprise).

Understands the unique marketing value of mission critical solutions which are heavily critiqued by enterprise buyers. Emphasizing the right capabilities & pinpointing ways to reach out target audience of decision makers & technology advocates.

Sector Knowledge a strong plus: Authentication, Identity & Access Management, Security.

HYPR is a mobile first solution so experience with mobile applications & products that integrate with popular mobile applications is a strong have.


Continually measure & own key metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs, Marketing Initiated Opportunities, & Pipeline & make campaign recommendations based on performance

Understand how new leads are flowing through the lead lifecycle across various stages & continually recommend new strategies & tactics for optimization

Lead the strategy & execution for all demand generation campaigns across all marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, digital advertising, email, & events

Execute campaigns & manage the entire inbound lead flow process, from lead capture, to landing page creation, to email & nurture programs, & integration with CRM tools
