The growing & impactful Product Design team at Quantcast is looking for a lead user experience researcher to help product owners & the organization focus on our customers. In this role, you will develop understanding & empathy around user needs for your entire product team including designers, product managers, & engineers. You will conduct primary research, exploring the behaviors & motivations of our users through methods like field visits, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, & logs/session analysis. And you'll have fun doing it with this very cool product & team! We love personality & enthusiasm!
Your research will help us build useful, usable, & impactful new products & features for people as well as continually innovate on our existing products. You'll inspire change at all stages of product development by delivering compelling written, in-person & visual presentations on your findings. The research team will grow, & you will also be hiring & developing this arm of Product Design.
