Senior Analyst, FP&A


The Senior Analyst position will be a key member of the FP&A team playing an integral part in the planning, communication & execution of the companys short & long-term financial strategies as well as overseeing SG&A & COGS drivers.

This position will grant exposure to & work closely with key business stakeholders across all lines of business & regions, as well as work with Treasury & Accounting teams to help identify & assess key drivers directly impacting the companys performance. A successful candidate will create new & enhance existing models & analytical processes that will be influential in making actionable & informed decisions in planning for the companys long-term outlook.

This position will require successful candidates to think & act both strategically & tactically. When necessary push back on Business & Department leaders to drive performance. Strong communication & presentation skills are a must, healthy balance of EQ & IQ, as well as the ability to think analytically, problem-solve & prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Interact with key business leaders at multiple levels to understand quarterly business drivers & variances
  • Help create monthly & quarterly earnings & Q&A materials, as well as conference presentations & various projects
  • Analyze SG&A & COGS trends & identify opportunities to eliminate cost
  • Create reporting materials highlighting key business metrics on a monthly & quarterly basis
  • Participate in meetings & calls with the Senior Finance team, the Executive team & investors to discuss the Companys financial performance & strategy
  • Monitor & analyze industry trends & peer/competitor fundamentals, including financial & stock performance
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop the Companys long-range plan & the annual budget process, along with monthly & quarterly budget updates
  • Work with Accounting & Treasury functions to forecast long term cashflow
  • Develop ad hoc business analysis supporting various financial & strategic initiatives
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously


  • 5+ years in a finance/analytical role (prefer background in corporate finance, FP&A)
  • Excellent financial modeling skills with extensive experience conducting quantitative & qualitative analyses
  • Superb communication skills
  • Expert in Excel & PowerPoint a must
  • Maintain accuracy & efficiency in a fast-paced, high growth operating environment, managing time effectively to address high priority items in a timely manner
  • Aptitude & enthusiasm for complex problem solving & strong interest in process improvements
  • High energy, positive, detail oriented with can do attitude
  • Strong knowledge of the online advertising & media industries a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exposure to media, internet & entertainment industry would be a plus
