We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join the Boxed family, working to scale our new customer revenue by transforming our acquisition campaigns across paid & organic marketing channels. Working within the Customer Acquisition Team, you will play a critical role in developing & improving the conversion funnel for all of our core marketing channels. You will lead conversion rate optimization tactics & testing strategies to help acquire new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in directly managing marketing campaigns with a focus on continuous testing & increasing conversion rates for ecomm brands (or similar direct response products/services). To succeed in this role, youll need to be extremely data-driven, have exceptional analytical skills, be a strong communicator with the ability to present learnings & have a go-getter attitude.

You will:

  • Drive the strategy for landing experiences & on-site conversion rate optimization
  • Manage our agency partner for CRO, lead capture & basket building
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to hit targets for core KPIs
  • Complete daily reporting on all KPIs across acquisition, engagement & retention tactics
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing channel owners to develop seamless landing experiences for campaigns & help increase CVR
  • Use customer segmentation research to ideate new strategies, tactics & tests
  • Build landing pages for campaigns across SEM, Paid Social & Affiliate channels
  • Own our on-site lead capture experience, continuously running A/B tests to increase lead conversion rates
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Retention & Analytics teams; keeping key stakeholders up-to-date on tests & results
  • Remain up-to-date on all new trends & products within the industry; performing competitive
  • Help lead our initiatives in testing new marketing channels

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience directly managing marketing channels & landing page testing (e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Experience in directly managing or exposure to working with BounceX preferred
  • Deep understanding of CRO strategies & tactics to remove friction in checkout funnels
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales/revenue while positively impacting CAC efficiency
  • Well-versed in web analytics, app tracking & ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to communicate results to various stakeholders & clearly present data
  • Hands-on experience with landing page development & funnel tracking
  • Exceptional data analytics skills; ability to draw conclusions from large data sets & form actionable insights
