Job Description

Traackr is looking for a senior manager for influencer marketing & social strategy to join our growing team. Being an influencer marketing technology, it goes without saying, this role is a keystone of our marketing & company vision. The perfect candidate will be passionate about creating a world-class influencer marketing program from the ground up.

We're looking for someone with intimate & empathetic understanding of how brands can transform their communities & business through influencer marketing, who can bring that experience to Traackr in two ways: first in driving our own influencer strategy & secondly in contributing to the thought leadership that is driving the practice of influencer marketing forward.

You have a track record building communities & long-term influencer relationships that result in authentic content & support business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B & B2C influencer marketing or can demonstrate a solid understanding of how they would apply their past experience to marketing a technology to large brands.

Marketing to marketers comes with great responsibility. You will have experience conceptualizing & executing memorable campaigns for a savvy audience that is immune to boring tactics.

The perfect candidate has fabulous written communication skills & a knack for delivering insightful messages that add value to our community (customers, prospects, influencers, partners). This role requires blending creativity, influencer relations, content creation & social media skills.


You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating, & measuring programs to raise awareness of & increase advocacy for Traackr among our key audiences in North America & Europe. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will ensure our influencer marketing & social strategy support marketing objectives. Traackr is a fast-paced, growing technology company-one day, you will wear your strategy hat, the next day, you will roll up your sleeves & get the work done. To succeed, you will need to exercise your creative, analytical & organizational muscles on the regular.

What You'll Do

  • Design & execute a multi-tier, multi-industry influencer marketing strategy based on our business objectives.

  • Manage & contribute to content creation by sharing your experience & by partnering with Traackr employees & our influencer community.

  • Develop & run Traackr's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

  • Work closely with our Regional Marketing Coordinator to ensure our programs reach our audiences in North America & Europe.

  • Facilitate an employee advocacy program, matching members of the Traackr team with influencers & helping our team raise awareness of their own personal brands.

  • Conduct ongoing influencer discover & vetting, establish a measurement framework & maintain our influencer relationship management database leveraging Traackr's platform

  • In close collaboration with our event manager, plan roadshow style events that appeal to senior marketers.

  • Work cross-functionally with other areas of marketing (events, content, PR, demand generation, design), to foster alignment & amplify the impact of your work.

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, content marketing or similar with proven success in developing & executing programs that raise brand awareness & create advocacy.

  • Excellent relationship-builder, insanely strong writing skills & a propensity for collaboration.

  • Solid public speaking abilities & willingness to speak at events, on video, etc. about influencer marketing & social strategy.

  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal & external teams in a decentralized & global work environment.

  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing from both a B2C & B2B perspective, have led a social media strategy, knows how to balance different types of work & stay on top of the details.
