Job Summary:

The Director of Talent Success will lead the development, implementation & scaling our training function. This will initially be an individual contributor position which requires driving training projects from initial concept to final implementation & partnering with key stakeholders from all segments of the business. As the Director of Talent Success you will standardize & enhance existing internal training materials, systems, & processes & develop new training materials. This role will fully utilize your passion for learning, cross-functional collaboration, superb organizational skills & high level of motivation & drive.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for designing, executing & managing development programs that cultivate, engage & develop talent at all levels & roles, with a focus on our managers, client services, & operations teams.

  • Conduct needs analysis across all dimensions of training & development support.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design & develop scalable new training materials (PPT decks, videos, & e-Learning) on our solutions, processes, programs, & products.

  • Develop standardized templates for training materials. Make improvements to existing materials, where needed.

  • Prioritize training needs with business leaders.

  • Recommend compelling solutions for our training approach based on industry standards, new technologies, & best-in-class programs.

  • Lead teams, whether direct reports and/or cross-functional partners in program design & implementation of end-to-end team development solutions that include the evaluation, design, & delivery of programs.

  • Understand key business drivers & products in order to work with business leaders to identify training needs.

  • Serve as a liaison & champion between the broader internal learning communities to establish common standards, best practices, policies & procedures

  • Track usage and, when possible, the effectiveness of training materials & customer satisfaction with training materials. Use feedback to improve training materials & processes.

  • Keep up to date on latest industry standards, tools, & processes. Research & analyze training options, delivery methods, & techniques. Act as an instructional design subject matter expert.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with fast growth Digital Marketing companies

  • Experienced working cross-functionally to create content & programs from the planning stage through deployment of internal training activities & programs

  • Proven ability to distill complex business topics & processes into engaging content

  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively; self motivated & disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities & projects

  • Track record of leading & working effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of current learning technologies, assessment, & survey platforms

  • Proven ability to build trust & credibility

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning & development
