Overview of Role
We are looking for an energetic & creative thinker that can collaborate across teams to run our Growth Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Climb's growth strategy, working closely with our current team. In this role, you will work closely with Climb's leadership team to develop & execute against attainable but aggressive growth targets. You will help to build a cohesive organizational strategy to find, service, & support Climb's end customers.
