Senior Manager, GTM Strategy

We are looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Strategy to support marketing innovation for one of our meal kit brands. The Sr Manager will pull together consumer insights from disparate sources to inform our physical product development & marketing messaging. They will develop Go-to-Market strategy for product launches & other brand initiatives to drive new customer acquisition & former customer reactivation. They will collaborate closely with Marketing & Physical Product teams to take GTM projects from planning to execution to performance evaluation. This role will report to the Marketing General Manager. 

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, innovative marketer experienced in leveraging consumer insights & test & learn processes to successfully launch new product offerings & drive growth. The candidate is a strong communicator who is able to work across cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels, but is also able to execute independently with limited guidance when required. 

You will

  • Be the voice of the customer by bringing together consumer insights from multiple teams & conducting additional research as needed to inform GTM strategy.
  • Develop & own the Go-to-Market strategy (including product positioning & marketing strategy) for new & existing products, with the goal of driving new customer acquisition & former customer reactivation.
  • Serve as the link between the Product & Marketing teams, aligning expectations & setting performance goals/KPIs.
  • Develop & align online & offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel owners & the broader growth marketing team.
  • Project manage GTM campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Bring together cross-functional performance data to analyze each product launch & GTM campaign & derive insights for future launches & campaigns.

  • Customer-focused: slightly obsessive-compulsive when it comes to satisfying customer needs & improving the customer experience.

At a minimum, you have

  • 5-7 years of experience in a growth or product marketing role.
  • Experience developing innovative strategies to drive growth through product marketing.
  • Comfort with setting appropriate KPIs, collecting & analyzing cross-functional performance data, & using insights to drive action.
  • Experience conducting scrappy qualitative & quantitative consumer research & turning insights into product ideas & marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with a variety of marketing channels.
  • Experience collaborating with & influencing cross-functional teams across different offices.
  • Strong project management skillset.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% of the time).
  • BA/BS degree
