WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Asa Senior Manager of Sales for BaubleBar you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth & managing relationships with key wholesale partners. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial & collaborative environment.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintain & continue to strengthen relationships with wholesale partners
  • Secure new business opportunities & collaborations
  • Analyze & present sales data while constantly working to maximize sales opportunities
  • Create seasonal merchandise training manuals & product knowledge materials to ensure that wholesale partners are properly representing the BaubleBar brand
  • Collaborate with team on product assortment, seasonal buys & inventory balancing
  • Recap market feedback, highlight best-sellers & product opportunities
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Strong business acumen & comprehension of retail math
  • Record of meeting & exceeding sales plans
  • Advanced sales, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of wholesale markets & competitive landscape
  • Excellent merchandising skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & delegate when appropriate
  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations & logistics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience
