We're looking for a Digital Product Manager who is passionate about DTC subscription & e-commerce retail. The Digital Product Manager will develop streamlined digital experiences based on data analysis, consumer research, business needs, testing & best practices. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for research & analysis, ideation, & implementation of technical requirements & product specifications in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role will work with a cross-functional team throughout the product lifecycle of sprint planning, feature development, QA, launch, analysis & iteration. The ideal candidate should have experience working across departments with UX/UI design, full-stack engineering, marketing, analytics, copywriters & content teams. This position requires a passion for the customer experience, customer centricity, data-driven decision making, continuous optimization, & the ability to manage a number of partners & projects.
Reporting into the Director of Product, the Digital Product Manager will work with our Product team to improve our backend & frontend tooling & features to deliver a best-in-class digital shopping & membership experience.
