Job Summary
The Delta Team helps owns, operates, & develops business-critical customer facing applications. Our services sit at the very edge of the CommerceHub network & are the first point of contact for all our business partners. From commit to testing to deployment to monitoring; we own all aspects of our SDLC. This platform focused team takes pride in building for scale & observability. Our goal is to enable our internal & external customers to succeed by providing highly available, fault-tolerant systems & self-service tooling.
Responsibilities
- Automate away toil while building autonomous systems
- Design greenfield projects while modernizing existing applications
- Learn about new technologies & trail blaze
- You can recognize problems, suggest solutions, & drive them to completion
- Infrastructure as code all the things
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years as a Site Reliability, DevOps, or Platform Engineer working in high availability AWS environments
- Proficient in writing code in either TypeScript or Java
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions like CDK & Terraform
- Strong systems engineering skills, particularly in Linux & containerized environments
- Experience designing both applications & their infrastructure
- On-call responsibilities
