About the Team...
Our Customer Success mission is focused on delivering outstanding results, experiences, & business value throughout our customers' lifecycle with Alfresco. This mission is carried out by our global team of Consultants, Trainers, Support Team, & Customer Relationship Managers.
Alfresco Professional Services are key to the successful implementation of Alfresco software for customers worldwide. Divided between Europe & North America the team works with some of the world's largest companies & governments providing architectural & expert services in both ECM & BPM.
The role is responsible for the identification of consulting opportunities, & effective oversight of the consulting delivery process for Alfresco Consulting Services to ensure that they align with the contractual requirements & delivery targets, ensure customers gain value from the products, & gain referenceable customer projects. You will build effective relationships throughout the pre-sales, customer engagement & post-sales processes so that Alfresco Professional Services are the go-to team for advice & delivery. You will work with key partners to ensure a consistent approach & quality of delivery is adopted across the full breadth of engagements. Core to the role will be the drive to develop sustainable business through the relationships with sales & customers, & the ability to articulate the benefits & value provided by Alfresco Consulting.
