You oversee & coordinate RAPP's technology, data-driven insights & strategic thinking for the US Army engagement. You are a leader who can connect marketing data, engagement, & analytics for the client, as well as support a complex, multidisciplinary agency model. In this model, you will work to define & deliver on a Marketing Sciences vision, to holistically analyze marketing campaigns across channels & platforms. You will also orchestrate & integrate Insights in conjunction with Omnicom's client engagement, creative & strategy leads across the business.
You will create modeling data-sets with vendor overlays, develop predictive models & place models in production for marketing efforts. Additionally, you will handle most communication with clients & vendors, as well as develop proposals for existing clients & new prospects.
You are a team player & will collaborate across the leadership team at RAPP to deliver on an integrated road map to achieve the vision. You will also provide strategic direction on RAPP deliverables across all disciplines of the team to ensure client objectives are being met.
You have over 15 years of analytics experience, ideally in a complex multi disciplinary agency model with a degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics). Strong knowledge of 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data is your bread & butter & you have extensive knowledge of direct marketing principles & best in class methodologies.
