The ultimate source for official answers about a business online should be the business itself. However, when consumers ask questions on company websites, too often they are left in the dark with wrong answers. Yext (NYSE: YEXT), the Search Experience Cloud, solves this problem by organizing a business's facts so it can provide official answers to consumer questions wherever people search. Starting with the company website, then extending across search engines & voice assistants, businesses around the world, like Taco Bell, Marriott, & Jaguar Land Roveras well as organizations like the U.S. State Departmenttrust Yext to radically improve the search experience on their websites & across the entire search ecosystem.

We are looking for an Associate Client Success Manager, SMB based in New York City to support up to 300 current Yext customers. You will be responsible for new client implementation & relationship management as well as ensuring adoption & engagement with the Yext platform. Yext Account Managers play an integral role in our business by building strong working relationships with each & every client in addition to driving annual renewals & upsells. Account Managers will work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Client Delivery & Product Management to accelerate usage & relay client needs. Salary is competitive & will be commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do

  • Drive upsell & retention opportunities into book of business
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients by improving engagement across customer contacts
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently
  • Transition new clients into the company seamlessly & build consistent process across all clients
  • Utilize software & best practices to track & detail customer interactions
  • Uphold deep knowledge of & ability to educate client on Yext marketing platform
  • Develop standard methodologies & process strategies
  • Understand client business goals & anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
  • Ensure client is able to fully leverage Yext to meet their performance & operational efficiency goals
  • Conduct check in points with key clients
  • Outstanding communication skills & organized project management
  • Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients
  • Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction

What You Have

  • BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • At minimum, 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or professional setting
  • Experience in Technology/Digital/Marketing role/capacity
  • Extraordinary client service & relationship skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities at once
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment
  • Die hard drive to make clients successful

Bonus Points

  • Blend of consulting, search, technological and/or display experience
  • Experienced in on-boarding clients; implementation & integration experience
