Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, creative, & tech savvy Product Manager to guide a talented team of engineers & designers in building great product experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of Traackr & the workflow of an emerging marketing discipline, leveraging Traackr's powerful technology & data to drive marketing impact for our customers. You will play a key role in making decisions that inform our product vision, strategy, & roadmap & drive Traackr's go-to-market strategy.

  • Shape our product strategy & translate it into product capabilities that reflect a unique perspective on how to achieve it

  • Lead the full product development cycle: from ideation & research, to design, development, & launch

  • Manage the roadmap: capture work from a variety of inputs & prioritize it so your team is always working on the most impactful projects

  • Gain a deep understanding of the problems you're tackling through ongoing research & interaction with customers; define & frame those problems for the team

  • Collaborate with your team to imagine solutions that solve customer problems, then scope these solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can

  • Constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative & qualitative measures, both in beta & after full release

  • Own & maintain the quality of the product areas your team is responsible for; deliver world-class experiences in every release

  • Motivate a group of committed, smart people to build great product experiences

  • You have a passion for product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful product using agile methodologies. You love working on teams, side-by-side with the best engineers & designers.

  • You can easily manage several projects at once. You work well under pressure, & you don't miss deadlines.

  • You're constantly coming up with great new feature ideas & thinking critically about which of them will make the biggest impact. You can take rough themes & big ideas & turn them into a roadmap of features, experiments, & research with minimal guidance.

  • You are comfortable in making hard decisions & prioritizing across needs with limited resources. You know when to say no.

  • You have a strong understanding of design & are able to think systematically about product design decisions. You are as comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience as you are optimizing an existing flow & know when to do which.

  • You have an understanding of the technical architecture of complex web applications.

  • You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights & quantitative data to inform decisions. You've conducted user research, a/b tests & have worked closely with design researchers.

  • You're able to easily switch between thinking creatively & analytically. You are a clear communicator of product decisions & the rationale behind them. You can narrate a story for what problem you're solving for & the vision you're going after.

  • You're organized, not ad hoc.

  • You're entrepreneurial; you don't need direction; you're self driven.
