The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving & executing the go-to-market strategy, enabling & energizing a high-powered sales organization, & influencing the product roadmap. We're looking for a passionate storyteller who can articulate the value of complex & technical solutions both verbally & visually. The Product Marketing Manager is someone who will drive the development of positioning & messaging that resonates with buyers & empowers sales to be successful.

This is a critical role; the Product Marketing Manager will drive end-to-end marketing strategy & execution of the Fuze platform, applications, & integrations, across a broad range of stakeholders from product management to sales teams.

WHAT YOUR ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Work directly with product, engineering, & design teams to identify & validate new product offerings & translate technical details into benefits for buyers, administrators, & end users
  • Develop product positioning & messaging that resonates with target industries & enterprise prospects to differentiate our products, while highlighting the value of Fuze to customers
  • Own & execute the launch of new products & releases by managing cross-functional deliverables required to take products to market
  • Work with the sales enablement team to position products & solutions & assist in developing & delivering sales training & tools
  • Create compelling marketing content to support go-to-market efforts (e.g. presentations, webpages, press releases, solution overviews, blogs, video demos, etc.)
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on product-related marketing campaigns 
  • Manage communications to existing customers regarding new product updates & releases
  • Collaborate with the account management, customer success, & customer advocacy teams to identify & leverage customer references for product launches

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Content Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B or SaaS Marketing and/or Sales role
  • Experience selling or marketing telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, or meeting products is a plus
  • Strong writing skills 
  • Comfort & experience presenting to sales & executive teams
  • Background in design, copywriting, and/or video editing is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly plan, implement, & articulate project timelines & deliverables
  • Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities & last-minute changes 
  • Represent the company at all times, with virtually any audience, to explain customer-led benefits of the product (e.g., trade shows, analyst briefings or inquiries, marketing events)
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work well independently & within a team environment
  • Ability to drive consensus & move cross-functional projects forward
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field a plus
