THE ROLE: Senior Planner, Analytics

The Senior Planner, Analytics will visualize, analyze, & report on the business at a category level for Rue La La & Gilt. Working closely with Sr Planners & Planners, this role will track various data points for each key category to ensure our teams plans are executed properly & insights are created. 

This role will focus on sales, margin & inventory plans in order to optimize revenue, profits, inventory efficiency, & the future growth of all channels.  Qualifying individuals should be highly motivated for advancement, inquisitive, & possess developed analytical, communication & teamwork skills that will enable them to work effectively cross-departmentally with the Planning, Programming, Merchandising, Warehouse, & Tech teams.

What You'll Do:

• Work with the planning partners & merchandising team to develop & maintain weekly, monthly, & quarterly reporting using Tableau
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Present quarterly to leadership 
• Strategize for future growth opportunities & optimizing inventory
• Collaborate with Data Science & Business Intelligence teams to work on 2023 team initiatives 
• Maintain & develop weekly, monthly, & seasonal reports.

• Bachelors degree in Business or another quantitative field preferred
• Prior experience in generating reports
• Expert Tableau skills
• Advanced organization & communication skills
• Process oriented
• Experience working in a team environment
• SQL is a plus!
