To that end, Vimeo is looking for an expert Senior Growth Manager to help break down barriers operationally & help us operate with more thoughtfully crafted processes. The Product Growth organization historically has been lean, but were at a pivotal stage in our journey where we need to scale for rapid experimentation velocity. We are looking for that exceptional leader with the hunger to build a fast, forward-thinking, high impact process from the ground up with ready & willing partners by their side. What you'll do:

• Monitor & share the current contributions towards the overall targets for the team on a weekly basis with the team.
• Identify gaps in the goals of the team & highlight opportunity areas that we could focus on in order to optimize our progress towards specific KPIs.
• Support the Director of the team by establishing checkpoints for status with business critical initiatives.
• Define success criteria with the team on operational metrics that show us how we might be improving quarter-over-quarter with experimentation & testing velocity, quality, & impact.
• Build a process & expectation of hand-off points within the team through each stage of developing experiences.
• Develop cross-domain tracking mechanisms that allow the leadership team to be able consume current & pending initiatives at a quick glance.
• Partner with the product managers on the team to develop a point of view about why tests succeed or fail & what potential iterations could be next from the qualitative insights we glean from the analysis.
• Help advise on operational improvements across the entire experimentation lifecycle, from ideation through to learnings share-out.

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

• 2+ years in an optimization or operations role
• 1+ years experience driving product-led growth & experimentation methodologies.
• Bachelors degree 
• Experience leading a cross-functional team, & driving strong engineering partnership
• Experience developing in-product & out-of-product experiences 
• Proven track record in using data to drive product and/or business decisions
• Ability to inspire, empower, & lead teams to shoot for the moon
• Strong foundational understanding of A/B testing best practices & impact measurement
• A great sense of humor & the ability to roll with the punches (your boss will have a bunch of bad dad jokes)
