Peloton is looking for a collaborative & highly effective Senior Program Manager, HR Program + Change Office to lead projects & programs within the People team (Human Resources department). We support the People teams goal of Creating the Best Place to Work for the Worlds Top Talent by bringing clarity, consistency & transparency to the People team portfolio & ensuring solutions will engage the right people, empower them with the right tools + training, & activate on the right channels in a fast-paced environment. 

In this role, you will work across the full People team & collaborate cross-functionally to develop plans that enable collective readiness, coordinated activation & seamless team member (employee) experience. This role is responsible for building program manager capability, creating tools & processes & supporting systems that optimize the creation & rollout of Pelotons People team programs, including implementing continuous KPIs to measure program adoption & success. This role reports directly into the Director of HR Program + Change Office, & is based in New York, New York. 


  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to plan with intention & for impact by ensuring program teams are clear on the problem(s), desired impact on our people & the business, & are engaging the right collaborators.
  • Develop & demonstrate program & organizational change standard methodologies:
    • Prepare & handle the coordinated program & department project plans
    • Identify, communicate, & resolve dependencies, risks, & issues
    • Design program templates & playbooks to be used for new programs 
    • Thoughtful collaborator management throughout the project lifecycle that identifies interdependencies & aligns on best path forward
  • Work closely with various program managers to deliver a foundation of program + change management with standardization & a detailed approach to developing & delivering programs.
  • Lead strategic projects & align teams with robust & fundamental project management principles.
  • Lead intake & prioritization processes to develop clear project landmarks & roadmaps.
  • Scope & plan projects (set goals & KPIs, build project plans, identify key stakeholders, identify risks & contingency planning, develop a change management plan) from project initiation through to delivery & sustain.
  • Maintain clarity into strategic & business as usual programs that impact the business.
  • Serve as a Peloton culture ambassador, leading with our core values & ensuring that our core values are embedded in all programs.

  • You are an excellent communicator, both written & orally, & understand how objectives are perceived by broad audiences.
  • You bring clarity through uncertainty.
  • You have a track record of successfully building program capability in others & playing to peoples strengths to implement program & project management across retail, human resources & technology initiatives. 
  • You promote & advocate for policies & processes that are anti-racist & champion a culture of inclusivity that facilitates willingness to different persepctives. 
  • You run at challenges & can lead constantly evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment, leading teams through change while maintaining a can-do attitude. 
  • Demonstrated ability in program & project management experience, preferably with knowledge of HR processes, programs & systems
  • Experience leading & managing large-scale, global organization-wide, people-centered projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization & close.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder leadership skills
  • Expert knowledge in change management principles & standard methodologies
  • Experience crafting measurements for success & using data to advise decision making
  • Consistent track record to apply a broad range of methodologies including Agile, Human-Centered Design, Kanban, Lean, Scrum
  • Experience using project management software tools, SmartSheets & a plus
  • Data visualization a plus
