Peloton is looking for a collaborative & highly effective Senior Program Manager, HR Program + Change Office to lead projects & programs within the People team (Human Resources department). We support the People teams goal of Creating the Best Place to Work for the Worlds Top Talent by bringing clarity, consistency & transparency to the People team portfolio & ensuring solutions will engage the right people, empower them with the right tools + training, & activate on the right channels in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will work across the full People team & collaborate cross-functionally to develop plans that enable collective readiness, coordinated activation & seamless team member (employee) experience. This role is responsible for building program manager capability, creating tools & processes & supporting systems that optimize the creation & rollout of Pelotons People team programs, including implementing continuous KPIs to measure program adoption & success. This role reports directly into the Director of HR Program + Change Office, & is based in New York, New York.
