The role:

As a member of the Product Management team, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team that directly impacts our mission to deliver meaningful classroom learning to every student  As Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for building & improving the experience on Newsela. You will leverage your skills to identify opportunities, track performance & drive the largest impact. You will enhance the capabilities within the product & work cross functionally to launch & maintain features that impact Newselas growth.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a Product Management function scaling new or existing products
  • You have experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, & execution
  • You love data, creating metrics, establishing goals with a Data team, & prioritizing your roadmap accordingly 
  • You can leverage your strong analytical skills to dig into data & identify the opportunities that drive the largest impact
  • You know how to collaborate cross functionally & take ownership of decision making for your product
  • You understand customer needs & how to partner with data, research & design to quantify & qualify your ideas

Base compensation range: $140,000 - $175,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options & benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
