Product Marketing at Chartbeat is the voice of the product in the market, & the voice of the market in the product. Our team bridges marketing, product, & sales we make sure each of those teams understands our customers, what they value, & why. The Product Marketing Manager is the engine of the team they help move our strategy forward by scoping & executing it. In practical terms, this means youll be working on the execution of the launch & post-launch campaigns for our new products & features, & training our frontline teams to talk about them effectively. Youll also work with our Content team to produce enablement materials for our sales & customer-success teams to use or leverage in market.

Responsibilities:

Working cross-functionally, scope & execute digital marketing & communications campaigns that increase user engagement & customer affinity, & help our internal teams meet their goals.

Develop internal activities around launches that effectively train teams on message & value.

Regularly report on & analyze the results of product marketing campaigns to inform strategy & direction.

In collaboration with Content Manager, coordinate the creative development/production of assets & communications for sales & support teams to use or leverage in market.

Collect & publicize customer proof points, including product reviews, testimonials, case studies, & others.

Assist the Director of Product Marketing on special projects, including those to improve the effectiveness of the Marketing Department as a whole.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in B2B product management, marketing, or consumer research.

Excellent cross-functional communicator & project manager

Knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to manage expectations, opinions, & feedback from diverse stakeholders

Snappy writing & presentation skills, with a gift for distilling technical specs into simple but compelling copy

Working knowledge of SaaS product development & UX design principles

Top-notch Excel skills

Experience with product & user analytics

Bachelor's degree required
