BentoBox is seeking a Growth Marketer, Conversion to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this person will work with the Sales, Product, & Growth teams to optimize our marketing funnel for growth & profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth & optimization efforts for BentoBoxs website, landing pages, e-mails, blog, microsites, direct mail, platform etc
  • Own top & middle of the funnel optimization
  • Work with Sales & Product teams to define & maintain our company testing calendar & support testing expertise
  • Conduct regular analysis of acquisition efforts to identify inefficient segments of the funnel, find opportunities, & run experiments that drive sustainable & profitable growth
  • Own our customer-facing website on desktop & mobile. Identify & move on opportunities to optimize user experience, maximize conversion rates, & product adoption
  • Plan & implement go-to-market strategies
  • Assist with any offline customer acquisition experiments & track metrics
  • Strategically identify & engage qualified leads without crowding the top of the funnel
  • Generate revenue & coordinate go-to-market campaigns & activities for new company initiatives & features
  • Own the customer journey from initial contact through the sales cycle, as well as upgrade opportunities post sign up
  • Uphold BentoBoxs core mission, vision, & values

Skills & Attributes

  • 3+ years in online marketing, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles & practices, both practical & theoretical
  • Experienced with A/B testing (ex. Optimizely, Google Optimize), Analytics (eg. Google Analytics), Data APIs (eg. Metabase, Segment ), User testing (eg. UserTesting.com, surveys), CRM (eg. Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Highly skilled with Excel & data analysis; SQL a plus
  • Experienced with Adwords, Facebook Ads
  • Proficient enough with front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) to collaborate with effectively with engineers
  • Excellent at managing implementing testing frameworks & testing programs at scale
  • Experienced managing customer acquisition efforts in paid, organic, & viral channels
  • Passionate about working with top-tier designers & delivering best-in-class solutions
  • Clear quantitative orientation
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Highly organized & self-motivated, but also collaborative & able to work with a team
  • Confident & adaptable, passionate about product & working in a fast-paced environment
